The Town of Rainy River municipally-owned surplus properties available for purchase. Please refer to the Sale/Disposition of Land Policy for more details. 

Please note: The sale of surplus properties within the municipality shall only be 
considered upon the execution of an agreement to construct a residence, 
commercial entity, or a combination residence and commercial building. 
All construction must conform to the existing Zoning By-law at the time of 
construction.
