Pool Safety Permit
The Town of Rainy River deems it to be in the public interest to regulate the fencing and enclosure of privately-owned outdoor pools in the town for the purpose of protecting the health, safety and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Town of Rainy River.
Please do not take pool safety lightly. Check with the Chief Building Official before you install a pool in your yard – a proper fence is required in almost all instances. Thank you.
